This album was recorded live in basement of the Green Haus somewhere in a field in Massachusetts on Halloween 2014 after shouting to converse in a loud smoky room for hours.

The recordings were made with a pair of Shure KSM 141 microphones set up in an XY configuration in the back of the room

All of this is to say, it sounds like these were made at a house party, because they were.
